- Identify potential business opportunities within your area and scope/design approaches to capture those opportunities.
- Build, develop and maintain data models to facilitate data driven decision making across the company and uncover optimization opportunities in a continuously evolving environment.
- Derive recommendations from value driven analysis resulting in significant impact on the business performance and drive the recommendation from “analysis” to “implementation” and then to “measuring the impact”.
- Build data pipelines, create data tables, dashboards and reports using tableau or other Business Intelligence applications to effectively communicate insights for business stakeholders.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to define analytical approach and construct use cases.
- Mentor and support the growth of other Data Analysts.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required.

1 - 2 years of experience in an Data Analytics or Data Science role monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data.
- Hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable.
- Statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong business sense and data analysis ability to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge building dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau.)
- Proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Communicating data driven insights in English.
